Advertisements are an important component of the marketing sector. Nowadays, there are multitudes of ads displayed almost everywhere ,from social media to local streets. It takes a lot of creativity to design commercials which comprehend contemporary needs. However,sometimes these can be really irritating and annoying. While some folks believe that promotions are a huge success when it comes to alluring customers and making them buy the by-products , others are of the opinion that advertising is quite ubiquitous and it lacks interest. Both these views will be discussed in detail.

people who migrate from other countries face discrimination at their workplace . this essay will discuss the reasons and solutions for how to change the situation.unfairness has increased due to a large number of refugee immigrants from African countries in war, however, they are facing social issues when it comes to working in the country of asylum. There are two causes for this unfair behaviour from the workforce, one of them is the preconception about their capacity to exert the tasks, and the other one is their ethnicity. Nowadays, environmental issues caused both by tourists and tourism-related activities have become so grave that many people insist on imposing hefty taxes on air travel and hotels for the sake of restricting the tourist inflow. I, however, disagree with this notion and believe that the authority should find better measures to address this rather than limiting the tourism industry with the burden of extra tax.

Due to an increase in technological ,advancements people are more inclined towards gadgets for almost all purposes. Everyone is able to access anything they want to read without the cost of money. I firmly agree with the opinion that in the coming years' nobody will prefer to buy books and newspapers because of the ready availability of almost anything online.
