Some people think that only managers should make decisions in the company while others think that employees should also be involved in the process of decision-making . Discuss both views and give your own opinion

The vast majority of the population deems that a process of making core decisions belongs to the top managers, while others argue with this statement and claim that employees also play a pivotal role in the company. I advocate strongly with the former opinion of the majority and am going to reflect on this essay my own view of such a common issue.

Some people get hold of the idea that public libraries' funds should be aimed at purchasing publications, instead of being used to subscribe for modern media such as videos and DVDs. However, I disagree with them, because these technologies have as much importance as traditional books in broadening the horizons for citizens, and public libraries facilitate accessing them for those who cannot afford to obtain these items.

The majority of public thinks, schools should assist students to expand their knowledge in important subjects while opponents argue, the science of cooking and the preparation of edible is supposed to be in the syllabus. Some people claim that these scientists should all be belonged to the authorisations whereas others clarify that they should contribute themselves to private companies. To me, the latter one is better than the former one.

As a devoted Armenian, I am desperate to help my country in every way I can. Armenia is currently suffering. I read the news ever so often and almost always fall into a depressed mood. I never thought I would say this, but my country is crumbling, and there is a high chance it will be gone soon if we don't do anything to help. We have to come together as a community to protest, donate and stand up for our country, OUR Armenia.

I agree with the aforementioned statement and I will shed light on this perspective in the upcoming paragraphs.

Nowadays due to the pandemic, everyone wants to keep their mental health in a proper condition and for ,that they don't want to include the responsibilities of others to interfere between them. In metropolitan countries, some people have taken the decision to have fewer babies or none at all. It is not a good trend because children are the ones who bring an enormous amount of joy to their parents.
