The technology we use today is developing rapidly, such as the innovation of electronic devices, which brings more convenience to people. It is claimed that in the future people will switch to reading everything online, as it costs less compared to printed materials like newspapers and books. This essay will discuss why I entirely believe printed materials will be replaced with electronic ones.

For people, it is significant to own a home instead of renting one in several countries. This is occurring due to people perceiving them as valuable assets that will increase in value over time and finding a sense of belonging. In my opinion, I personally see it as a positive situation.

Nowadays, computers are being widely used in imparting education to children. Some experts believe that it can create a situation in which there will be no teachers in the schools. According to my opinion, It is true that it can pose a threat in the upcoming days. Thus, I agree with them to some extent.

Increasing population is a growing cause in today's world. With the growing population in some ,regions it would be beneficial to convert local parks and recreational areas into housing societies. Although, this is the mere cause of concern for humans I am of the opinion that parks & gardens should not be converted into housing. More detailed views are described in the below essay.

As per my understanding, the broadcast is directly connected with the humans living today. Also, an analysis of the cruciality of the newspapers and television report programs along with their need in the present era would prove it.

Some people believe that there is no space to build houses in the city, while others think that we should protect the countryside area. From my point of view, I believe that we need to make the protection on the country.

There are many varied views of people around challenging situations. Some persons are of opinion that they should accept every situation as it is which is coming their way while others think that they should change their position by doing something better. In my view, one should always try to make things better instead of waiting for a miracle to take place. We will discuss both views in detail in the below paragraphs.

It is inevitable that all vehicles in the future will be driverless, carrying only passengers on them. Although this will reduce the number of irresponsible and drunk drivers on the road and allow more time to get other tasks done, it will hurt the people who are drivers and chauffers which could impact the economy. In my opinion, people are better off with driverless cars.

It is believed that money is vital for the virtue of life instead of leisure time. Some are against this perspective but I believe that balance between both makes one’s life manageable.
