Atrocity is a serious problem across the globe and all countries are trying to deal with this pressing issue. A section of society believes that penitentiary sentences for a longer duration can help reduce evil, whilst others disagree and argue that there are other better ways to solve this. This essay agrees with the argument that alternative ways such as educating and giving them resources to earn are far more beneficial than confining them to a cell. This essay will discuss both points of view.

Nowadays, experience is more valued in the workplace than knowledge in many countries. Do you think the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

There are countries in which, in order to land a new job, it is necessary to have experience instead of knowledge. Obviously, there are many different types of jobs and for that reason, we should take into consideration different aspects related to a person's skill set. Therefore, I am in disagreement with this statement, and I believe that there are no more advantages than drawbacks.

There are conflicting views about what should be the primary environmental challenge in our era. Some people argue that the major issue is about the declining biodiversity while others feel that there are more principal challenges than the loss of certain species. Some people claim that when there is an unsatisfying situation, the best approach is to accept it, while others feel that trying to make it better is preferable. Although accepting a bad situation means that there will be no risk, I agree with the latter point of view, because only when the situation is improved can a person become happier.
