In the current fast-paced world, some people opine that talent is got by born and others are claiming that it could gain from coaches or mentors. In this ,essay I will discuss both views and my opinion as well.

The use of fossil fuels is dominating most of all aspects of our life, whether for transportation, production or the advanced technology that we are using now. Undoubtedly that more and more scientists looking for other alternatives, such as geothermal and solar panels which can lead to reducing the use of fossil fuels. Nowadays finding appropriate Job vacancies position to apply is really hard. Some employers ask candidates for their personal information such as their relations, hobbies, and interest. Some people agree that this kind of information is necessary and the other side believes that asking this information is against human privacy. I somehow agree with the former one.

People have different views about whether or not high-skilled people should be obligated to work in the country they have been trained in. In my opinion, although there are some ethical considerations about this topic, personal freedom is the most important thing to consider. Furthermore, no one is able to perform well under forced conditions.
