It is truly important for people to own their house in some part of the world. People prefer to purchase one instead of leasing one, which brings security to their lives. I believe that to be a household is more and more necessary, especially in the post epidemic. There are a few main reasons behind this situation, which I think is positive.

Memorising facts is the most important way to succeed in education. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is fair to state that education is people's first significant investment in their children as a successful student would stand a chance at a more positive career prospect. For many, learning lessons by heart is argued to be the ultimate way to graduate with flying colours. However, in my point of view, I mostly disagree.

In many countries today, parents are able to choose to send their children to single-sex schools or co-educational schools. Some people think that children going to single-sex schools have disadvantages later in life. To what extent do you agree?

It is thought by many that nations, where wards are sent by their parent to a mixed-sex academy, have a better edge over their counterparts. In my opinion, I totally agree with the notion because it affects the build-up of early self-esteem in girls and restricts competitive spirit which affects the male child.

In the modern world, traffic creates many problems and hampering the economic growth of a city. It is believed by some people that the amount of travel can be reduced only by restricting the public movement from home for work, school or shopping. Although it will reduce the trip congestion a little bit, in my opinion, it is not the only practice to reduce the transportation problem. However, making digital and proper construction of roads may be another process of reducing transit.

Although some people believe that society has become more dependent on each other, others think the opposite, in other words, real independence. Shopping through grocery stores in your locality has conventionally been considered quite safe and convenient. However, due to the emergence of supermarkets, the local players are under threat and are on the verge of shutting down. I strongly agree that the small and local players are losing market share as against the supermarkets and bigger stores, resulting in local communities being in a dying state.
