Since from the beginning of the twentieth century, the scientific approaches in every field of the study have been boosted up, made a plenty of ideas and techniques available in our life. The agricultural area which is the meeting point of the various fundamental sciences has been reached to a quite high level from the research point of view. With the help of these advances, it made us possible to plant any kinds of plants anywhere with our desired sizes and shapes. Despite the fact that, in many countries around the world are still struggling because of hunger. Thus, here, I would like to discuss some possible reasons and suggest a decision to deal with from my point of view.
