The difficulty of imposing higher taxes on selling fast food is that it will have a harmful effect on the homeless and impoverished families who might rely daily on eating convenience food because of their personal struggles regarding an increase in the cost of living. Although we live in times where there is enormous availability of food, malnutrition is still a common problem. This is particularly visible at the example of the homeless who live on the streets and they might have no opportunities to eat nutritious meals. Thus, fast food chains might be the best option for them so they could enjoy a warm meal, especially during adverse weather conditions.

living in the city is better than living in the countryside

In my opinion, I think living in the city is better. My first reason why I think living in the city is better is because there are higher salaries in the city as compared to the countryside. Based on Google, the average salary for the countryside in Singapore was $4680 per month, and the average salary for the city in Singapore was $8450 per month. The difference was TWO TIMES more!!! So now do you see that the higher salary in SIngapore is to live in the city? My second reason why I think living in the city is better is because there are much more activities to do in the city than in the countryside. Based on research, if you live in the same city for 10 years, you will NOT get bored of the activities there, but if you live in the same countryside for 10 years, you WILL get bored of the activities. First and foremost, technological development resulted in a decrease of the time children spend outdoors. These days it has become noticeable that youngsters prefer online entertainment rather than open-air activities. It was approved that gadgets are extremely addictive, especially for younger people. Consequently, a sedentary lifestyle may lead to obesity and lack of social skills. As well as there is a lot of sensitive content, that can have a bed impact on children's emotional health.
