Nowadays many people tend to believe that they should think about their future and make plans to achieve the future goals. Even young people are the ones who try to think about future rather than focus on their lives now. It is disagreed that people should simply live in the moment. Analysing unpredictability of future which requires making plans for the future's lives and the limitation in living in the moment simply without having a clear image of their future will support this claim.

Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do many people working not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

To begin with, one of the significant cause, which impede them from exercise, is the hectic work schedules of individuals, which can result in fatigue, exhaustion and tiredness, and they could not spare a small amount of time for themselves. They prioritise entertainment in half-day breaks to freshen-up the exhausted mind rather than exercise, which is the result of fatigue. For example, recent scientific research conducted on the administrative staff in the UK demonstrates that more than 70% of individuals, who work overtime are obese and less physical exercise is the primary factor of this trend.
