"Bad situations don't last,tough people do".Those are the words on marble for individuals who seemed tougher than life.I have heard several people say,"Oh! Lynn,I guess I should count myself lucky to get the job anyway" or a more rampant sentences like,"Well half a loaf is better than none!".Truth be told,it's much easier to back down, than to sit up and take the bull by its on to that road if success.The idea of falling is not for us to remain at floor,but to dust ourselves up and try again.

I trongly agree that both the genders should be equally responsible for the house hold chaos, as nowadays economy has dramatically chnaged for both couples have neen equally given rights in education and occupations, therefore beingemployed and doing house works can be hectic,as this is no easy job for a lady only,in comparison while sharing the house jobs and sharing the tasks can be much easier and can be lived in much tension envirnment .

The number of overweight people is indeed growing all over the world. Statistics has it that 25.7% of the world population is overweight. The reasons for this trend cannot be overemphasized. Obesity can be attributed to the following reasons and more:- Nutrition, inactivity, lack of exercise, food type, heredity, technology etc. Over the years, people have changed their diets from what we used to have in the past. More people now eat high calorie diets, food that are devoid of vitamins, fibre and fruits but mainly fat. Most people now take a lot of in-between meals and they do not engage in regular exercise. Exercise is an important factor in the weight loss routine. To keep fit and stay healthy, people need to be more engaged in physical activity. Walking, running, aerobics and the use of treadmill should be common practice to stay fit and healthy.
