Well , I’m going to talk about something i do to remain healthy and keeps me in shape, actually staying in a good shape and well-being is everyone’s concern and I’m no exception. To be honest I’ve never been an organized person for doing my daily routine but a few years ago i used to be fat so i forced myself to do a regular exercise at the gym , it helps me to burn a lot of calories and excess fat besides i started to have a healthy diet with drinking a lot of water, eating organic foods and avoid of eating pre-prepared meals . in addition , I participate in yoga class . Doing yoga is supposed to have refresh mind and soul although it takes me 2 or 3 hours a day but i feel extremely relaxed and makes me full of awesome vibes after a long stressful day .
