Learning is an on-going process in human life. People are adapting to the changing world so some people think that past learning is not connected to the daily life while it is important to know we follow the traditions and rules directly or indirectly which our ancestors had taught.

Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do so many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

What are the causes of obesity? Does exercise can prevent people from having health problems? Recent research indicates that an increasing number of people are having more a more health problems due to the lack of exercising. Although, many people can eat ice crem, fries, hamburgers and whatever they want and still not gain weight, there are others who gain weight no matter how little they eat.
