Old building cannot be considered as valuable and significant piece of culture only because it is old. Lands are required in cities in order to expand further for business and commercial. Some of the old buildings are in a dilapidated situation and this can be posed threat to many lives. On the other hand, it is believed by many that these buildings can provide adequate insight towards historical and cultural background of the country. Similarly, many argue that these can be used to attract visitors who love and study since these aesthetically pleasing constructions and make tourists drawn towards it. Many countries, these days consider this as a source of income.
