While some people are concerned about the safety and social implications of such technologies, I believe that the advantages of autonomous vehicles outweigh its disadvantages. Firstly, the main benefit of such cars is enhanced safety issues. Human mistakes like fatigue, fainting, restless driving or speeding often lead to road accidents, and death of hundreds of people. On the other hand, automated vehicles may halt these kinds of collisions every year by operating with precision, and follow traffic rules. Additionally, autonomous transport could follow traffic flow and reduce congestion, as vehicles could communicate with each other, and maintain the safe distance at optimal speeds.
