Taking regular health check-ups brings some benefits, such as detecting any kind of sickness earlier. (topic/idea) If there are some types of diseases in one's physical condition, they will be diagnosed just in time. (explain) Another point worth noting is that it brings a relationship between doctors and their patients. (next idea) For some residents at the hospital permanent patients can be a great friend to have a conversation while doing busy work. Generally in 1993, the UK had the highest unemployment rates compared to Japan, Japan had the lowest percentage of unemployment, in 2007, the rest of Europe recorded the highest rate of unemployment, while Japan still remained on the bottom of the list .

The maps illustrate a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park as it is today. Overall, the place has seen some major changes which made it more attractive to be visited. If we look at the details, there used to be a small fountain right in the center of the park which has been replaced with a big rose garden. They have also added four seating places at each direction of the central rose garden for people to seat and enjoy the spectacular view. Another striking change is destruction of the stage for musicians and building a great Amphitheatre for holding concerts. This would be a good facility for local music fans in the vicinity.
