In this contemporary world, a lot of people think that salary is very important part of the job but in fact, a lot of things could influence for that. I absolutely disagree with this opinion because there are things more important than salary for example working conditions or time that you spend at work. This two factors could have big effect on our body and brain. For example, if you are working more than 9 hours at work and you have a bad conditions for work but you have a big salary it is still bad work because you spend all your free time for work. After work, you will be very tired and sluggish without any time for rest. We live in a good circs and we can find any job with a good payment and accompaniments so we have a many different ways to solve this problem.

Growing up in a family whose both mother and father sides had jobs related to agriculture. My grandparent owned a large quantity of lands in the north-eastern part of Thailand but those lands had no ownership right that could not do anything except agriculture, mainly rice puddles, and cannot be traded since they were allocated by the Agricultural Land Reform Office. Therefore, from generation to generation they have no other expertise rather than being rice puddle farmers. Therefore, environmental issues that I am particularly interested are right and ownership of the resources, including lands, water and forest.
