Admittedly, the unconscious curiosity regarding the past of the old estate lies in the media trends. In recent years, the culture of horror stories has skyrocketed, where the scare factor always circles around the chronics of an old property. Growing up under the influence of such media has engraved this frightening script into the cortex of the brain of the majority, which, in turn, results in subtle anxiety turning into curiosity. Additionally, with the rising prices in real estate market, most of the people opt for more frugal alternatives, which mainly consist of buildings with poor conditions. This, in turn, makes it essential to refurbish the house, which might be both challenging and hazardous without the proper research on the history of the place
