An increasing number of people are choosing cosmetic surgery for changing their appearance. What can be the reasons for this? Do you think it’s a positive or negative development?

First of all, the increasing number of people who are choosing cosmetic surgery dont change their appearance for no reason. There are couple factors to it, firstly, they could have had a terrible incident that lead to broken bones or burned skin , which leads them to cosmetic surgery, in example the WW1 soliders after the war effected them physicly they got plastic surgery. Secondly, they might have trouble breathing through their nose because of its structure and they need to get surgery for it to help them breath better. and lastly, it could be because of the increase bullying from family members or friends or even through the internet, which causes some people to lose confidence, and push them to change their apperence. In conclusion cosmetic surgery is a postive and a negative development. postive for the one who got terribly injured and negative for the ones who simply change their apperence to follow the beauty standard. if everyone the world had to change the way they looked ...

there is no denying the fact that mental health problems are real. While it is commonly held belief that psychological illness are not important, there is also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion, I consider that mental health problems are vital as much as physical illnesses, because it affects people's performance.
