Force majeure, which is translated into Persian as Cairo or coercion, is a term in French law. Force majeure or force majeure has two general and specific meanings: The meaning of the word force majeure in the general sense is any external event that is outside the scope of power of the person who has undertaken an obligation or the same. The meaning of the word force majeure in the specific sense is an anonymous accident (ie, unattributed to a specific person and merely caused by natural forces), unpredictable and unavoidable. According to Article 43 of the General Conditions of the Infectious Diseases Outbreak Convention, it is considered as a force majeure condition.
