With the prevelance of urbanization and modernism, obesity rate has been constantly rising around the world. The problem is becoming inreasingly important as a number of studies have demosntrated that the overwight peope are more vulnerable to diseases. While many people blame genetics and methabolism for obesity, it mostly stems from an unhealthy diet and sedentry lifestyle. In this article we disscuss two elegant solutions to tackle obesity.

in the past, the older generation were a source f knowledge and experience. Nowadays, the older generation have little understanding or experience of modern world. Has this had any negative impact on the way the elderly are treated by society and the family? What could be done to solve this situation?

Previously, in times of lack of information about the world, in times of non-existence of TV and media, grandparents were people’s social networks. Nowadays, while the world has changed radically, the attitude towards them has also respectively changed. Presently, there have been tremendous growth discovered in the ecomony of some country; the outcome of which is the an increase in the standard of living in developed cities than in the rural areas. Advertisements can be said to rule the roost in the commercial world and are subjected to much criticism.
