In some countries, even though the rates of serious crimes are decreasing, people feel less safe than ever before. What do you think are the causes of this problem and what measures could be taken to solve it?

Some people believe that talent is of great importance if one must succeed in any sporting activity while others believe that hard work and constant practice is a path way to achieve greatness in sport. Irrespective the validity of both points, in my opinion hard work and consistent practice will go a long way to take a sport man to the top.

Nowadays, nobody can deny solving or at least reducing traffic is vital, also it affect our urban life in different aspects.However, there is many conventional solutions for a couple of years, but it appears our cities, even metropolitans entire the planet has not overcome the challenge, therefore, we must cite viable ways to tackle it with both infrastructure and technological solutions,as we will see.

Everything undergoes a sea of change over a period of time. The world is moving towards modernalism. In this modern era the lifestyle has been changed and sedentary lifestyle is becoming popular among people,despite a variety of gym facilities. The essay will highlight not anly problems associated with this issue, but also provide potential measures to resolve this.

Some people believe that the ideal way to inspire and embolden employees to work harder is to give them a pay that is commensurate with how much they have produced or sold. In my opinion, workers will often perform better when they have more than just their salary to look forward to on pay day.

It is thought by some that decisions concerning the company should be made by the managers, others however, are of the opinion that employees should be part of the decision-making process .
