Research shows that increasing number of people are now living in mega-cities of more than 20 million inhabitants. Is it this a positive or negative development ?

Living in major cities has become a popular choice for many people in modern society. Much has been discussed about the impacts of this phenomenon. In my opinion, this trend could have both positive and negative consequences in equal measure.

In many countries nowadays, consumers can go to a supermarket and buy food produced all over the world. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

It is becoming increasingly common that people can purchase food produced in different countries in a supermarket. I firmly believe that this is a positive phenomenon as it can not only help people learn about other cultures but also improve our lives.

One problem faced by almost every large city is traffic congestion. What do you think the causes are? What solutions can you suggest?

In recent years, traffic jams have become one of the top global issues impacting many developed cities. There are some causes to why this is happening and what can be done to tackle this problem. In this essay, I will outline what I consider factors concerning the high volume of traffic and how to solve this complex matter.

This essay argues that parents who send their children to study outside their country are perceived negatively. While other families see it as an opportunity for their kids to grow and be responsible. I am going to examine this question from both directions.

It is suggested that developing nations introduce taxes on goods or services being imported so that local industries flourish. I do not agree with this proposal, as it is both impractical and also causes economic issues.

Some individuals believe that everyone deserves equal rights when it comes to tertiary studies, so it should be free to all students. I agree towards this claim that allowing teenagers from any financial state to academics is necessary, but there are parts that cannot be overlooked.

Many people believe that the report and television positively affect our life, while others have an opposing view. In this essay, I will discuss both views and explain why I favour the latter.

There is a view that young adults' reading and writing abilities are being harmful, caused by using computers and mobile gadgets for communication. While some people argue in favour, I strongly oppose this notion, as it improves their creative thinking and make fast decisions.

The world is more complicated than it was in the past , and that includes the institution of education. There is a belief amongst some that assigning homework everyday to children is not useful. While others believe that kids must practice homework every day to be successful. In this essay, I will be discussing both points of view and giving my opinion.

Doctors, nurses and teachers make a great contribution to society and should be paid more than entertainment and sports celebrities. Do you agree or disagree?

The world is more complicated today , and that includes how jobs are being paid. Some would argue that careers such as doctors, nurses and teachers should be paid more. However, entertainers and athletes should be paid less. I totally agree with this statement. This essay will provide evidence to support my point of view.

In many parts of the world, people are moving to city areas from rural areas of a country to find better jobs, education and healthcare. As a result, the population in the rural areas is going down. As well as, the city areas have become overcrowded. In my opinion, this is a negative development because it creates problems for both cities and rural areas.

Television displays a number of shows and programs which enhance the knowledge of children. It is suggested that parents and teachers should encourage the children to spend maximum time on the screen regularly. I completely disagree with this statement as there are multiple disadvantages of being in contact with television shows, such as addiction to the screen and academic downfalls despite the information that TV shows provide.

In some of the nations, the major part of the population consists of young people , and the number of older citizens is comparatively less. The trend has several benefits in terms of an energetic workforce and emerging professionals, while the drawbacks of overrepresentation of adults cannot be ignored, as it leads to limited availability of experienced individuals. According to me, the pros of this phenomenon are more than the cons.

Nowadays, there has been a rise in the popularity of e-learning. While some think that online education has many advantages that will soon substitute standard teaching methods, many people, however, argue that it is impossible to replace conventional schooling. In this essay, I will discuss not only why remote learning will take over in-person classes, but also why traditional teaching methods are irreplaceable, and why I support the latter.

There is a common belief that shopping becomes more and more popular as a leisure activity among youngsters around the world. I am of the opinion that numerous trends and digital advertisements cause such activities. However, teenagers tend to relax and meet with their friends while looking for new clothes, thus hobby is a waste of time, money and reason for stress and addiction to cash spending.

In a few years, machines powered by artificial intelligence will replace the human workforce. Although, the technology is evolving to a level that robots can sooner execute any kind of task with superior quality than humans, I believe that there are more drawbacks because people will lose their jobs and consequently have a poor quality of life.
