Nowadays, numerous people want to be self-employed instead of working for a corporation or firm. This essay will first demonstrate why such a preference can exist, so for this, people do not want to work in a pressurised environment, and do a job freely, then some disadvantages of being self-employed, like it can lead to becoming an introverted person and being less interactive with others.

It is a well-discussed topic that non-native speakers may face tangible social and practical problems while living overseas. In my opinion, this issue can be solved with proper education and independent effortsThere is a motivation to study that can stem from both internal and external factors. Internally, a genuine interest in the subject matter, a desire to master a skill, or a belief in personal growth can be powerful drivers.

In my view , the second statement appears to be more rational. In this essay, I shall elaborate on both perspectives, before reciting my logical inference.

Albeit there is are dichotomy of views on this concern, I harbor the belief that this apprehension is totally unwarranted. But it should beg for some sort of explanation and justification.

Therefore, in this essay I will discuss both points of view and explain why I agree with the statement that indicates the top performer shall be rewarded.

The primary cause of this phenomenon is the wasteful lifestyle in many countries in the West, and the viable solution is a public awareness campaign educating the public on how to reduce their consumption of natural resources.
