It is an undeniable truth that aging ang getting older might affect the elderly’s health status making them vulnerable to some illnesses. In order to overcome this issue many physicians and health experts believe that if we the older members of the society want to have a healthy lifestyle and live happily lives, they out to do some physical activities which can curb the aging process and its consequence problems. In this essay, I would explain some of the underlying factors and I would provide the readers with several potential solutions.

Arguably, the methods which youngsters use to acquire knowledge have changed dramatically in recent years.
