I partly disagree with this statement since it is true people can not apply all the traditions from the past into our current life; however, basic historical information is needed to fully understand the way life goes.

"Prevention is better than cure."Out of a country's health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and preventative measures. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Better diet, preventive measures, genetic manipulation and easy assess to the health care system have increased the longevity of the general population. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should allocate more fund on health education and preventive medicine. I fully agree with this assertion, and by analysing the benefits of healthy pursuits such as better diet and regular exercise, as well as abandonment of unhealthy habits e.g. smoking, convenience food and sedentary lifestyle will prove it.

In my opinion, I completely agree that this phenomenon has brought a plethora of benefits for the states. It is universally acknowledged that the problem of pollution due to increase in number of vehicles is snowballing by leaps and bounds. Growing concerns are becoming heated questions among the people. Health and environmental issues are the principle dangers being faced by the people of this century. This dissertation diccents with the given statement. Both sides have their logic to support their opinion which will be discussed in this dissertation before coming to any conclusion.
