In recent years, housing areas have been created by providing skyscrapers or expanding estate where houses are constructed on. Each of methods has its own advantages so there is no a clearly superior solution and both of them can bring adequate efficiency in the particular situations . My essay below will clarify my point of view.

In some offices, employees work in enclosed workstations or cubicles. Other offices have a more open design, in which there are no walls separating employees from their coworkers. Which type of arrangement do you think is most effective? Explain, giving reasons to support your answer.

Although in some offices, staff are provided with enclosed work-space for working, other offices have open environment without cubicles and walls for their employees. In my opinion, I believe, enclosed work stations are the most effective rather than open design as this arrangement provides peaceful environment to the employees for performing their duties.

Most families in the developed countries own at least one car. The situation is not much different in the developing countries either. Needless to say, the number of people who rely on public transport is declining. It is true that almost all of us want to own a car. Busy highways are also considered to be a sign of a developed economy. However, an increase in the usage of private cars is not exactly a positive trend.
