One perspective champions the widespread provision of sporting facilities for the general public, arguing for its benefits to public health and community well-being. Conversely, another viewpoint advocates for focused investment in elite athletes to achieve international sporting success. This essay will explore both arguments before presenting my opinion in favor of a balanced approach that prioritizes grassroots development while still supporting high-performance athletes.
In today’s world, a wide range of research is conducted by industries and universities to create new innovations. Some people believe that this activity is not a crucial issue due to experimental necessity. However, I would argue that researchers could conduct animal testing as they followed the policies.
