As the population grows, getting a decent job has become more and more competitive. There are several personal characteristics that are valued by employers. Some people argue that one should have a high level of creativity and be able to work independently, while others value candidates who obey their superiors and are able to work in a team. This, essay will discuss both sides, and also, I will present my personal views on this matter.

While it may be right to say that having personal information of the candidate while applying for jobs is mandatory it helps the employer or the management to know about the individual’s background. No doubt, work experience background is the essential key to understanding the role and position of an employee but what if a person's behaviour is normally not friendly and is not happy to serve the other teammate. Others believe that discussing personal details is intruding into their personal life which is not beneficial for the company. I am going to discuss both points in brief in the upcoming paragraphs.

Apart from this, in today's world, vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the human body can easily be found in vegetarian found like proteins and calcium, so people don't have to rely on non-vegetarian food. Also, in a study conducted by the American Association, it was found that people with a vegetarian diet live longer and healthier lives than those who take a non-vegetarian diet.

In recent years, the fast food industry has developed significantly and become common for residents, junk food being well-known for its convenience and cheap cost. While a number of notions believe that policymakers should increase taxes on these foods to prevent residents from suffering from unhealthy lifestyles and diseases, other views suggest that it is not necessary. In my point of view, i prefer the latter rather than the former.

The major two reasons behind this trend are hectic lifestyles and cheaper options of produced food available in the market these days. However, I believe that this preference shift from homemade food to market food comes with many disadvantages.
