Sport is an integral part of our life, and many people continue to take it up as a career choice. While some people believe that success in sports is due to inborn talent, others argue that persistent work on oneself is the only way to success in sports. Both opinions have some weightage, but continuous hard work always precedes inborn talent, which we will discuss in detail in our upcoming paragraphs.

I fully disagree with this opinion, because professional athletes are not the universal example for young people in general and additionally sportsmen are just simple people with good and bad behaviour in different situations.

Over the recent years, a controversial debate has been going around entertainers’ remuneration. Some individual assume the amount of money they are getting is too much. In this modern ,era the individual who manages the company is usually elderly. Over time , People have started to think that probably the best leader for a firm should be a youth , instead of the older one. Based on these two different types of mindsets I would underline my straight point of view, I agree with the thought said younger leaders would be the best option for the company's system due to their fresh knowledge.
