In the past, most people spend their entire career working for one company, whereas people nowadays move from one job to another. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Which do you think is better? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, with the development of technologies and border opening between countries, there are lots of job opportunities for everybody. Some people tend to keep seeking a suitable job or move from one job to another, while others spend all their working time to work for one company as they used to in the past. In my opinion, I believe both views have upsides and downsides, but people could be free to choose their job and change their career whenever they want.

Some people think it is more important to focus on the present and future rather than holding onto the past. I do not agree with this statement. While there is a good reason to living in the present, one should not underestimate the influence history has to the present moment. Recent decades have witnessed that females are a relevant part of a child’s growth and development occurs, and also the society makes this feeling stronger because they don’t give men the chance to show how good role models are for their children’s. In my point of view, women and men are equal in raising babies and both are a complement in different areas for upbringing the new parent's generations.

The lack of control for the building of new structures leads to society randomly build their houses without thinking about the design of the exterior. Although the population can create the plan of their own buildings on one’s pat, it is considered by eminent architects such as Frank Gery that this trend negatively affects the general picture of cities, making them unattractive.

There is no doubt that we now have more congested roads and cities due to the excessive amount of cars. While some people argue that such problems can be solved by raising the fuel's commodities cost, I personally believe that this is not the only method that can be used. In my opinion, I think that internet came to make our lives easy, and because of this it is extremely necessary, but at the same time, it can improve a lot of problems related with security and health.
