As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Most individuals spend their considerable adult life at work , career satisfaction is a vital element in one's wellbeing. I am of the opinion that fair wages and income, as well as career growth, are factors that contribute to career contentment. It is, however, unlikely that one is fulfiled in any work position.

In this contemporary era, the world is changing rapidly and dramatically through the internet. I totally agree with the latter view.
