However, it is generally accepted that lack of impartiality on the part of the tribunal is a ground for refusing enforcement on ground of public policy under Article V.2.(b) of the New York Convention. The question is, how the caucusing technique may result in the bias of arbitrator?

Learning a language, especially a foreign language is a hard and long-term process. Some people would argue that learning a non-native language at primary school is better than learning it at secondary school. In my opinion, this has both upsides and downsides, but the benefits outweigh the drawbacks a bit.

During the last decades, books and films focused on crimes has become a global trend. It is part of the human being’s nature pretending to face a dangerous situation, once this impacts deeply all feelings, from fear to even satisfaction, when a criminal is busted for example. It is an industry which increases quickly, and a simple look at some streaming menu is enough to see an enormous variety of title release weekly. Clearly, the topic has been the first choice when the discussion is entertainment among younger people, however, it is not my piece of cake.

Everyone strives to have a comfortable life and most at time a well paying job or an adequate amount of money can guarantee that. Many people consider that, work that does not meet our expectations or we not having money to ourselves should be accepted in good faith. However, there is an equally voiced another perspective which claims that we should always try to better our life situations. The designs and plans are extremely crucial if anything constructs in townships. Residents of the area tend to build either offices or houses based on their taste since they are hardly monitored by the authority. I firmly think that this can result in an arrey of ill-effects in the long run and merits are thrown out by its demerits.

In this essay, I shall discuss multiple issues created through this phase and will provide appropriate answers to eradicate it.

From my point a view, history can be lead to good as well as bad constituencies to the human race.
