A general ago, teaching in a high school was considered an extremely well-respected and popular job, and in some countries this is still true. However, in many parts of the world, there has been a sharp drop in the number of young people who want to become highschool teachers. This essay will look at the reasons for this and propose some solutions.

Controversy about how to improve a country's education system has been going on for a long time. Sometimes, different strategies work for different countries. However, allowing high school students to openly criticize their teachers online is a bad strategy. In my opinion, it does not improve the quality of high school teaching in any country. Alternative school scheduling and teacher monitoring via video is a much better approach and will be analyzed for feasibility in this essay.

Traditionally, the only useful way of assessing a student's progress depends upon formal examinations whereas coursework or projects are not considered an effective way in this regard. I personally disagree with this situation because coursework and projects are better options than formal examinations because today's fast world emphasises developing soft skills rather than becoming successful in formal exams.
The right to strike is a contentious issue, with few arguing that individuals should have the unrestricted right to strike in all jobs, while others contend that there should be exceptions. Both views have compelling arguments yet I believe the right to strike should generally be protected while considering certain exceptions.
One of the most recent trends in today’s world is the upsurge in wearing a uniform at the workplace. There is a wide sprit of belief among people that this is a popular subject of debate. In my perspective, wearing a uniform at work has more positive impacts than negative ones.
