Nowadays many people consider that the government should not exploit money for social activities such as music, painting, and dance. Moreover using the budget for public services is evaluated as more profitable. From my perspective, arts and others are as significant as least public services, and for this reason, I strongly disagree with this opinion. Regarding my work experience, during the last academic year in my BS, which is known as ‘The Internship’, the general clinical rotations were deeper in knowledge about Pediatrics, Surgery, and Gynecology and Obstetrics, and my elective program consisted of seven months related to Internal Medicine. Subsequently, after my graduation, my clinical performance was focused on the Internal Medicine field mainly related to critical care, emergency room, and inpatient health care. Additionally, taking specific continuing education courses to learn the most innovative strategies about COVID-19 management and The Fundamental Critical Care Support certified by The Society of Critical Care Medicine.

Nowadays, there is a trend of constructing the new buildings in a lot of cities. Some people argue that a city should maintain traditional architectures rather than replacing them with modern ones. I agree to a certain extent with this view. While there may be some convincing reasons why municipal councils should keep traditional constructions, the reasons why they should replace them with modern ones are more significant.
