It has always been argued that recreational activities are giving more advantages to the community, whereas opponents reckon that it is only for utilising their spare time. In my opinion, I favour the former view; however, this essay shall dwell upon both viewpoints in subsequent paragraphs.

For example,many developing regions do not have enough schools for children. Education is essential for this generation of people. It will help to grow their own and family status. If the child has a valuable study he or she can easily get a job for survival. In addition, health is more important than other things. Many villages and small towns do not have new treatment with the technological equipment, and through this a lot of unexpected deaths are happening. These days, major cities are the most suitable for people to find opportunities, but they also have a wide range of drawbacks. From my perspective, the government could do much more to improve the life in the city for citizens.

Owing to a quality of life, many people tend to have revenue sources. In my opinion, a university education may widen many doors. However, life experience from working in industry cannot be neglected.

A debate whether the money should be spent on repairing the old buildings or should demolish the old ones and build new modern buildings has been a subject of discussion. Overall, it can be seen that the expense of repairing old buildings is very high therefore some people prefer constructing new modern buildings instead of repairing old ones. On the other hand, there are also some people who have the ideology that the old buildings should be repaired.

Although many people do not think so, the number of people who think it will happen is quite high. I agree with the second group in terms of perfection, innovation and empowerment. In today's age and time, due to a packed schedule of adults and youth in the UK, the older generation feels secluded and not adored by their family. Their culture is different from many other developed and developing nations. On the one hand, people believe that the government should pay for the expenses of the elderly people living in old-age homes, while on the other hand, some individuals think that it is the family's responsibility. A concrete answer is given below discussing both views in subsequent paragraphs.
