A break is essential in a busy life. Stressful and busy lives destroy people's health. However, I partly agree with this approach, as I believe it could depend on individuals and their ways to tackle it.

Whilst many folks prefer to explore new opportunities such as visiting different places or trying different cuisines, others find comfort to do the same things that they know of. In my opinion, people should explore different things, because, not only does it expand their horizons but also keep them away from the boredom of doing repetitive things.
