Nowadays, Obesity is more common in all countries in the world, especially among children. This will lead to more health problems when they grow older. This essay will provide the causes of this problem and solutions.

To begin with, in this hectic world, parents in the nuclear family both have to go to the office to earn money in order to save the future of their children. As they don't have enough time to cook, they ordered food outside and packed lunch for their kids. Younger people eat this food and also consume snacks from outside based on the pocket money provided by their parents. Although the food is tasty, this will affect children's health in terms of putting more weight due to excess ingredients such as oil, salt, and sugar in it. This still affects their immunity when they grow older. Furthermore, they face health issues such as diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure, etc., when they are in the age of fourties.

Nowadays, people might consider living in a house, which is outweighed by a high rise. During the pandemic, many companies introduce work from home policy. It makes both employers and employees realise that there are no boundaries to delivering quality work that is not only limited to the office. From my perspective, living in a house could have much more benefits than a high rise. Let me illustrate my viewpoints in the below paragraphs.

The idea creativity is different by human to human. However, Part of the society think that is suitable to select companions who have same thoughts as them and other part of the public think that is good to have associates who are differ with them at times. In my opinion, it is better work with people who have varied beliefs. I would discuss in this essay on these both views and further explanation of my opinion.

It has been suggested that high school students should be involved in unpaid community services as a compulsory part of high school programmes. Most of the colleges are actually providing opportunities to gain work experience ,however, these are not compulsory. In my opinion, sending students to work in community services is a good idea as it can provide them with many lots of valuable skills.

It is often argued that the government should finance public services instead of spending the budget on art, music,and theatre. Although i agree that the administration's investment in public services plays a crucial role, i think that proper funding of the arts is also important for our community.
