Health is considered as an integral part of our lives. Some individuals focus on physical activities, whereas others are cautious about their healthy food habits. From my perspective, for a perfect lifestyle, mindful eating outweighs exercising. However, in this essay, we will discuss both the arguments in the upcoming paragraphs.

Well, Health plays an important role in our life. If our health is too good then we enjoy heaven on the earth but if our health is not good then we can not enjoy our life properly. Some masses think that the use of high levels of sugar in the food and drink manufactured products. Which causes many health problems and they say sugar products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. I totally disagree with that statement. I discuss our viewpoints in further paragraphs.
