At the present, public health is one of the most important issues that every country should concern about it, Some people think that government should take place and be responsible for public health, while others think that improving public health should be a part taken by everyone in the community too. In the following paragraphs, both of these viewpoints will be discussed in detail before the conclusion is reached.

I totally disagree with this statement that too much time should be spent on learning facts .

There are many people who think that capturing an animal in a cage is brutal and morally incorrect therefore this act must be terminated from practice, whereas others say displaying animals in a zoo is not incorrect,instead it provides shelter and favourable circumstances to various species. In my ,opinion I wholeheartedly support the first idea, I believe that every life has a right to freedom.
