Fitness is one of the important aspects to become active and keep up a healthy lifestyle. Contemporary generation is ignoring this fact and landing in different health issues like obesity and cardiovascular diseases. I personally believe that there are predominantly two reasons causing this phenomenon, which will be discussed in this essay and also provide solutions to overcome them.

As a consequence of a rise in university tuition costs and limited graduate employment opportunities, it is often argued that university ought to provide only degree courses which are practical rather than art subjects. However, I strongly disagree with this view point as I believe that subjects such as art and philosophy can help students develop critical thinking skills and also make a significant contribution to society.
