Recently, the debate on whether renting a house is more beneficial has been heated. While some people like to live in a temporary house, others may prefer buying houses. As far as I am concerned, it is hard to compare whether renting or buying a house is better as the preference should depend on regions and personal favours.

While some argue that preschool experiences, mainly the informal education by parents or guardians, have the biggest impact on the child's future, others opine that teenage school experiences, majorly the formal education system and accompanied teenage peer pressure, have the greatest future influence on children. In this essay, I will discuss the above views and posit that both experiences equally impact the child's future.
