Recently, the debate on whether renting a house is more beneficial has been heated. While some people like to live in a temporary house, others may prefer buying houses. As far as I am concerned, it is hard to compare whether renting or buying a house is better as the preference should depend on regions and personal favours.
Some folks feel that nowadays television is not fully capable of replacing the learning materials such as books and as a result of it we can observe less-educated children around. In general, it's difficult to fully agree with this statement, that is why I will provide some alternative points below.
Societies all over the globe are made better and driven forward by ambitious visionaries. Therefore, the desire to succeed can benefit both individual lives and communities on the whole, and, in moderation, this is a highly positive trait to have.
With increasing trade between the countries now, foreign products are easily accessible to the local public. Experts believe that supermarkets and malls are heavily encouraging their customers to buy foreign items instead of local products.
