In my opinion, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives because these computers can contribute to society largely whereas the negative effects can be reduced by having an awareness of them.

In order to solve the problem of destitution in the developing world, developed countries often give donations and disaster relief funds; however, it is argued that they should help them mitigate poverty in different ways. It is often believed that the media has the authority to publish private information about people. However, some people have a negative view of this, arguing it should be restricted.
