I completely agree with this statement because punishment can enable a child to understand the lesson being taught. Hence, guardians and teachers should be allowed to execute corporal punishment on them.

I side with the second view in this statement.

A country with a majority of young people has a great opportunity to develop, especially, if it invests in the young generation and expands its economic structures according to their needs.
