“Rapid advances in technology will make the world of the future a more dangerous place” Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons.

That innovative technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, or cognitive science will make the world of the future a more unsafe place has become the source of many hot debates among the public. To a certain extent, I agree that immense advances in technology can probably have detrimental effects on every aspect of our future world. Nevertheless, the values that their development theirs brings about are undeniable.

Road safety has become a pipe dream for most individuals living on Earth. Every day a significant number of people become victims of accidents thus making it a global concern. Although a plethora of steps have been taken to alleviate these mishaps, the number of casualties has not declined yet. Some people hold the view that punishing drivers is the only way to ameliorate road safety, while I believe that it is necessarily not the only solution. This essay tends to explain the reasoning behind my viewpoint.

One part of our society believes that mega malls are looting the end-users by offering the same products at high prices which are available at cheaper rates in the community markets, whereas, few are of the opinion that big shopping complexes are the appropriate place to buy anything. I am strongly in the favour of the latter statement, as there is a huge difference in both scenarios. Firstly, we will discuss the positives of shopping in malls and secondly, we will explain the problems that persist with commodities available in local markets.
