In recent years, the level of criminality has seen a long-term gradual decreasing tendency. There is an opinion that new technologies help to resolve and proactively prevent any delinquent actions. There is no doubt that formal education plays a prominent role in a child’s overall development. While some people believe that this should be starting at the age of four, others argue that this should start only when children are seven or eight years old. Over time, the number of people migrating from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas of engineering, computing and medicine is growing. while some believe that by encouraging of this movement of such job seekers, rich nations are stealing those people from poor countries, there are others who feel that this is only a part of the natural migration of workers across the world. Although I fully disagree with the idea that rich nations are stealing from poor countries, this essay will discuss both views.

In the United Kingdom, when a person reaches his or her retirement age, they often move to an old age home and their needs will be taken care of by someone. The government often pay for this care or by their own children. In my opinion, the nation is liable to take care of their citizens, even though they have their own sons or daughters and hold responsibility.
