While there are those who advocate for specialists to be employed in the country where they completed their training programs, an opposing viewpoint contends that these specialists should be able to choose their own workplaces. This essay will conduct a thorough analysis of both perspectives prior to reaching the conclusion that my stance leans towards the latter.

Several individuals say that governments should spend money to improve faster means of public transportation; however, others think that there are more issues that need to be prioritised than public vehicles. Personally, I agree with both views because of some major reasons which I shall explain in more detail in this essay.

In my opinion, a wide variety of strict rules and the limitation of income within an organization or a company discourage people from being an employee. I am also convinced that going bankrupt and paying taxes can be the drawbacks of freelancing.

From my perspective, the development of transition represents a significant departure from traditional learning paradigms, presenting a couple of positive implications which enable easy access to virtual classes and offer an affordable Tuition Fee for international students. In terms of the adverse sides, a noteworthy amount of time spent on the screen leads to some health concerns and reduces the interpersonal communication level.
