Today much of the food people eat gets transported from farms that are thousands of miles away. Some people believe it would be better for the environment and the economy if people only consumed food produced by local farmers. Would the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

The globalization significantly increases import and export between nations, that also leads to the trend of growth in food transportation among the countries. Some argue that it would be superb for the environment and economy if people would start to use only local products rather than international ones. In my opinion, the advantages of this fact would outweigh its demerits. The essay will further discuss both facets of a proposal with appropriate examples and reaching a logical conclusion.

It is generally considered by some companies that employees should give more importance to appearances, while others in the efficiency of work overlooks. In my opinion, however, I think both views are necessary as per nature of business organization and must be taken into consideration accordingly.

In our turbulent time, many people from poor or warring countries have been immigrating as refugees to rich countries. As a result, host states more and more have problems with unemployment, a criminal level and diminishes of the local economy. Hence, I can partly agree with the topic statement on account of various reasons that I describe below.

Generally the old people in our society hold a firm opinion about the lifestyle of people that how their life should be maintained, how they should think or behave with others. In contrast, according to others, these ideas of them are no more in vogue in this modern world. I partially believe that the ideas of old people are still helpful to some extent, but not fully. I think, in some cases, they require some modification.

It is an undeniable fact that in some countries, the average weight of the citizens is shooting up while their fitness and health conditions are worsening. In my view, this is mainly because of the food habits and modern lifestyle they follow. However there are some viable solutions such as practicing physical exercises regularly and avoiding consumption of fast food to tackle it.

It is a common trend seen across the nations that the majority of its population is opting to live in a rented accommodation rather than purchasing a new house to live in. There are advantages and disadvantages to this way of living and these will be explained with relevant supporting ideas in the essay.

Owing to the problems, some people think that the key to solving overweight problems is to have more athletics and exercise in schools. In my opinion, I completely agree that this is the best way to tackle the issue of deteriorating public health in relation to weight.

Scientists and developers around the world have always been discovering and implementing innovations in all parts our life. As a result, on the surface, today people live longer and have more comfortable surroundings; however, if we look deeply, in the past people seldom were ill and used to live longer without all modern innovations. Hence, I partly agree with the topic statement because many facts demonstrate that modern age has many drawbacks for life.

Because now is XXI century, which everything is easy and possible. Many events just remained on the pages of past. While some think that studying from the past teaches us nothing about today’s life; others argue that history is a valuable source of information. Considering both sides, I think the past has a significant role in the community, because it teaches about our roots and helps to make right choices.

There is an opinion that medical treatment should not to be free of charge without any distinction because individuals have to be responsible for their physical conditions. I totally disagree with this idea; in fact, I think the exact opposite that everyone despite their income should have free medical support.
