Many companies and organisations require their employees to wear uniforms. What kind of jobs require uniforms? What are the disadvantages of wearing a uniform to work?

Several companies keep a mandate for their workers to put on a uniform. It is mainly for jobs that require an extra need for safety and easy recognition of its employees. Extra maintenance costs and a lack of freedom to wear what one wants are the major problems related to this scenario.

At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

In this contemporary era, the population has been increasing rapidly around the world. Moreover, currently, so.e countries include a large number of younger population rather than the number of grown-ups. In addition, some of them argue that the positive effects of this situation outweigh the negative results. This essay will focus on this statement and I will give my opinion too.
