Added to that ,not only taking ne language at an earlier age is easier for offspring , but also it can have an effect on kids. In other words, while getting the new lingua franca leads to knowing the new local culture , it has an effect on their attitudes. Sometimes those effects maybe have negative impress. For instance, In Italy ,there is a number of slang words or customs which is negative to children.
