Nowadays, some people like to give help to the local community or provide people with direct help. Other pople prefer to give money to national and international organisations. Discuss both methods and give your own opinion on which is better.

Whilst I think that giving help in any form is worthwhile, I believe that helping at the individual or community level is better for two main reasons. In this essay, I would like to look at these two reasons in more detail.

The necessary issue brought about by the explosion of global population is the scarcity of basic resources, one of which is water. Around this issue, there are two sharply opposite opinions, one holding that people can use water without limitations, the other arguing that restrictions on the use of water by governments are necessary. From my perspective, they are all partial.

I completely agree with this view as local people need to get a chance to promote their business or the number of immigrants will continue to expand. I will support my opinion with arguments in the essay below.
