Some people think that when recruiting people a company should aim to find people who are innovative and are able to work independently while others think that they should recruit people who are able to work in a team and follow instructions. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Several people think that when recruiting people, some companies are seeking innovative people and have the tendency to work alone. In contrast, others believe that the most important skill is working in a group and doing the tasks & instructions. In this essay, I will explain both of them and give my view about hiring people.

It is undeniable that in this era of humanities languages. There are a variety of languages in the world but unfortunately, certain languages are in danger of extinction in the long term. However, more and more individuals believe Minority language is essential in our lives and the government should teach citizens. Despite others saying this event is a waste of money. This essay will highlight both arguments regarding the phenomenon, and will also provide relevant examples and insights.

I firmly disagree with this viewpoint, and this essay will discuss the adverse effects of reducing flights on the global economy and the timing issues to support my perspective.

Nowadays, junk cooking consumption increased compared to energy snacks, along with well-being issues. I disagreed that the government needs to increase taxes. They can do that only, but fitness awareness is also important.

However, I completely disagree with this opinion and believe that boxing offers significant benefits for contemporary youth.

Some people believe that school studies are not useful, and that the most important things are learned outside of school. I partially disagree with this view. While it is true that valuable life lessons can be gained outside of school, I believe that school education plays a crucial role in shaping a person's future and providing a foundation for lifelong learning.

There are several reasons for this decline. One of the main reasons is the rise of social media. People now prefer using apps like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter over news apps. Additionally, their interests have shifted from reading reports to watching dance videos and funny content.
